Villa Caruso
Established 1977, Villa Caruso is centrally located in an impressive log and stone building. The spacious, elevator-accessible second floor dining room is one of Jasper's most upscale. The lodge-like decor boasts wood beams, hardwood floors, two fireplaces, three balcony patios and mountain views from every seat. There is an area for private groups as well as a fireside lounge. From the open-to-view kitchen come chef Jean Louis Espenel's classic and innovative preparations of Canadian cuisine where AAA Alberta beef and wild game are the star ingredients.
