The Sawridge Inn
The award winning Walter's Dining Room, named after Sawridge Inn and Conference Centre's founder Chief Walter Twinn of the Sawridge First Nation, features an atrium setting, greenery and 3-storey fireplace. This eclectic restaurant uses local and sustainable ingredients in dishes that reflect Canada's west and its Native heritage. The wine cellar is impressive. Dinner at Walter's is a leisurely affair; for more casual dining try the Hearthstone Lounge, or Champs Sports Bar with free pool, karaoke Wednesdays, six TVs and a projector screen. Function rooms host up to 300 people.
