O'Shea's Restaurant
Inside one of Jasper's vintage hotels is an Old World-style café with antiques, old fashioned 'street' lamps and framed photos of historic Jasper. The Cappuccino Bar at the restaurant entrance offers high table and counter seating, while O'Shea's Lounge adjacent the restaurant has a huge stone fireplace, Jasper's only VLTs and sports on plasma TVs. For over 15 years Chef Gary Gilmer has prepared generous portions of traditional cuisine from Certified Angus Beef, fresh seafood and other quality ingredients. Pasta is made fresh daily and sauces are made from scratch.

- BC Salmon (fresh May to Oct): wine lemon dill sauce
- Vegetarian, Prawn or Chicken Stirfry: with teriyaki or oyster sauce
- Mediterranean Chicken Penne: with sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms, and white wine, Parmesan and feta sauce
