Dennis and Toula Varvarigos personally welcome guests to their cheerful, colourful restaurant with maple furnishings, and braided garlic and dried pepper accents. Meals begin with a hot loaf with garlic and tomato fillets. Homemade sauces incorporate fresh seasonal ingredients (including herbs grown on their balcony), a commitment the owners call "freshissimo!" Some recipes have been faithfully followed for 50 years. Dennis pours Grappa, Frangelico, Campari and Galliano, and makes Miss Italia coffee from 12 liquors. The balcony seats 25. Child portions are available on request.

- Fresh Homemade Pastas: spinach-stuffed ravioli with béchamel cream sauce and mozzarella; vegetable or meat lasagnas with homemade marinara sauce; canneloni al forno with chicken, veal, beef and topped with béchamel cream
- Classic Pizzas: ham and pineapple; bacon, sausage, peppers, mushrooms and green peppers; and Greek pizza with feta cheese and black olives
- Greek Dishes: chicken or beef souvlaki; spinach and feta baked in a filo pastry; mousaka with layered eggplant, zucchini, lightly spiced beef, béchamel sauce (served with Greek salad and potatoes)
- Tastes of Italy: choose from five combo platters each with three selections
- Baked Salmon: with pasta or potatoes and vegetables
- Veal Parmigiana: topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, and served with homemade pasta or potatoes and vegetables
- Fettucini Chicken Florentine: tossed with sautéed chicken and fresh spinach in a fontina cheese sauce
