La Fiesta
La Fiesta is Jasper's destination for savory Spanish and Mexican cuisine where chef Les Fossum prepares tasty small plates and intricately spiced and sauced entrées. Paella is the signature dish; it's best enjoyed with a glass or two of sangria. This small, cozy restaurant has a Latin American decor with white stucco finishes, oak beams and eclectic Mike Gere photographs. Swap stories with locals at the bar where fun-loving owner Wendy King often pours drinks. Or, dine at a table where you'll likely be served by Chelsea or Tanya who are equally friendly and outgoing.
