Bright Spot
Owners Bill and Voula Mermingis brought their Greek roots and Canadian restaurant experience to the table at the Bright Spot. Bill is a versatile chef. Quality home cooking, 350-item menu, generous portions and good value keep locals returning. Large windows allow lots of light and views of Pyramid Mountain to the north, and Colin Range and passing trains to the east. Oak dividers with brass rails separate tables and booths into smaller, more private spaces. Alabaster lamps add a stylish touch and there's a 58 inch plasma TV. Groups are easily accommodated in this 142-seat restaurant.
